Support Type: Talent/ Leadership Development Grants
Place and Train without Conversion Programmes are targeted at mid-career job seekers, who require considerable skills top-up to be placed into job roles similar to their current one. Trainees will undergo structured on-the-job training of up to three months to be upskilled into their new job roles. e2i works with our partners to develop such programmes to help address manpower shortages in many industries and to tackle skills-gaps among job seekers interested in taking on the available jobs.
Eligibility Criteria
Mid-career individuals:Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Minimum 21 years old
Graduated or completed National Service, for at least 2 years
