A structured development programme under the TechSkills Accelerator initiative that provides support for companies to hire and train professionals aged 40 and above to take on entry-level tech roles such as business analyst, project manager or specialist tech roles such as cyber security engineer and software developer. Companies can customise their own structured training plan contextualised to their needs. This would typically be a combination of instructor-led training, on-the-job training, mentorship, and where relevant, local or overseas attachments.
